This year for Scout Sunday, we are a troop of many churches. On Feburary 4th, the troop attended the Hope Church United Church of Christ, out at Cosby, Missouri. On February 11th we attended our sponsor's church, St. Paul United Methodist Church, It was a blast with much Scout involvment, in English that means nobody fell asleep. We are sorry the photos we promised you are at school and I haven't been home to update, SORRY 
Brent McCauley and Brett Allen try to make it down the hill in one piece. 
Oh, it looks like they made it after all. 
Chris Thomas tries to give a hand. 
"Hey, I can do that!"says Scoutmaster Dave. 
So, up the hill they go, sled and all. 
"I don't want to do this, I don't want to do this!" 
Off comes Asst. scoutmaster Mike Pedersen, hair and all. 
Lonnie Allen justs decides to get off, while Dave keeps going. 
Brett finally brings cry-baby Dave to a nice stop. 
The rest of the troop watches Dave and Brett atempt to get up out of the sled. 
The evil Sid(Alex Bartlett, Troop 21) looks up the hill, and thinks twice before attempting to try Cardiac Hill. Well that is only a little bit of our first adventure of the 2001 season. Check in later for the next, ADVENTURES IN SCOUTING. |
